🎃🎉As September transitioned into October, we encourage you to embrace the spirit of autumn and engage with the exciting activities our school, students, and community have to offer. Amparo Gutierrez Elementary is proud to announce our 3rd Annual Trunk or Treat, and we wholeheartedly invite you to be part of this special celebration!👻🎉

👀✅We invite you to engage with us in the following meaningful ways:

✅ 1. **Sponsor a Table**: Unleash your creativity by decorating a table and helping us distribute treats to our eager students from 9:15 to 11:00 a.m.
✅ 2. **Donate Candies, Goodies, or Trinkets**: Your generous contributions will not only enhance the event but also create joyful memories for our kids!

👀Here are some important details for the event:
- Instead of using vehicles, we will set up decorated tables starting on Thursday, October 30th. On the day of the event, our campus gym will serve as the venue.
- All tables must be ready by 9:00 a.m. on October 31st.
- Each table will be clearly labeled with your organization’s name.
- Each participating organization will be provided with one table.
- When distributing toys, prizes, or pre-packaged candy, please keep in mind that our children, ranging from kindergarten to fifth grade, may have various food allergies. All items must be store-bought to ensure safety!

With just under 400 students currently enrolled, we plan to accommodate 400 to ensure everyone can participate, even if additional registrations occur before the event.

Our Gators are eagerly looking forward to this day, and together, we can foster an atmosphere of joy and safety for all attendees. As a united community, we can create a memorable celebration while ensuring that our Gator students, sponsors, and staff enjoy a secure and delightful Halloween experience.
